从中学就很要好的朋友也是我的伴娘团:依次都生了宝宝。
梅子的漂亮女儿: 王柯凝。 2007。9月6日出生的。5斤。

6.1 儿童节
偶尔发现今天是6.1 儿童节。
离自己有些年头了。
记得小学的时候,6.1 总是要放假和体育广播操比赛。
从第6届广播操,到第7届,第8届。
好遥远的事情了。。
偶尔去club的时候,随着rock的音乐,会把广播操的某些动作再做一遍。
还很有创意和协调的。
自己的童年多半是幸福的和无虑的。
叛逆的成分不多。
最近由于和爸妈争吵,突然面临要初为人母,开始思考如何去爱自己的孩子。
还有2个月正,宝宝就要来了,焦急而期待。。。

地震的故事: zzmitbss
1、 四个太婆在打麻将。突然发现桌子在摇。婆婆们二话不说,分头各自去找了些硬纸板,垫在桌子下面。然后坐下来继续打! #¥※◎#¥! 估计是中国最强悍的几个老太婆了。
2、 有个医生正准备给一个躺在床上的中年男病人打针,突然地震了,医生说,哎呀,好大的人老嘛,打个针都怕,晃撒子嘛!
3、 12号那天我正在售房部,发现电脑在抖,“格老子的,压路机又过来了,你去喊他开慢点,”……“不理所!!!!!!!!!!!”出去一看,好多人,才晓得地震了!
4、 听说,12号那天川大一个班上正在上课~地震了,学生开始往外面跑,老教授喊:莫慌,大家坐下来,我点名,点一个出去一个~~~汗~~!
5、 一个朋友说地震时他家狗还在睡,一点灵性也没有!于是,第二天把他家狗暴打一顿。
6、 今天听到同事摆,某大学的日语外教异常彪悍。日本不是经常地震吗?把他都震成习惯了。5.12地震一开始,他很镇静地喊学生都躲到桌子底下,隔一阵子,抖完了,学生从桌子底下爬出来,他继续讲课。然后全校的老师学生都到操场集合了,校领导一清人:糟了!日语班的人呢?赶快派人上去找,找到教室头的时候,他们班还在继续上日语课…….
7、 北川一老大爷,被俄罗斯救援队从废墟中解救出来,一看,周围全是金发碧眼的老外,大爷就说了:“狗日的地震硬是凶哟,一哈把老子震到外国来了!”
8、 我从来没有经历过地震 512那天我正好要去缴电话费,刚刚走到天府广场电信营业厅门口,就看到一群人往外冲,心想,遭了,有人抢劫营业厅。
9、 地震时,同事的朋友正在蹲大号,他不停地在琢磨:咋个近来身体这么差哦,蹲到脚都在打闪闪~~~~
10、我们单位一个老工程师,地震来时从13楼跑到了11楼,突然冒出了一句“遭了,电脑还没关!”于是返回13楼把电脑关了才跑下来!后来这一事迹得到公司老总的表扬,敬佩哦!
11、有个成都女孩和朋友一路出去,走到烧烤摊前说的,先吃点烧烤,不然遭埋起了咋撑100多个小时哇 ..
15、 有一个人被埋了50多个小时,被救出来还很清醒,记者前去采访,他看到记者背着笔记本,忘了伤痛问记者,你的笔记本能上网吗?记者回答说能,他说:那你帮我看看大盘涨了没有。
17、一个非洲黑娃儿到成都旅游,入住一家宾馆,这时地震发生使宾馆着火,黑娃儿以最快的速度冲到空旷的平地,这时救火的消防队员很惊讶的说到"日他仙人板板,没见过被烧焦了还跑得这么快的"...........
19、我一个朋友更是强大 他在成都做生意 地震后当晚...我上线看到他在上QQ 我问:狗 日 的,你还不跑? 他说:跑个鸟...我们小区人都跑完球鸟....现在一个小区只有我一个人,100M的带宽...下毛片的好时候.....
20、我一同事qq签名"强烈谴责印度板块"
21、有个晚上成都先地震又狂风再暴雨的,超恐怖,凌晨了还满街都是人,我旁边一个男的在打电话给他朋友,说"妈的,还整个地震套餐哦,又是地震又是风雨的!
22、有天晚上出去躲余震的时候,遇到雷雨了这时听到旁边一个小伙子巨经典的一句话:耶,老天爷想得周到哦,杀完人了还不忘清洗案发现场……

产包
产包的准备原则,医院里面该有的都有,顺产或刨腹产都只住2-3天,如果中间觉得需要什么,老公随时可以回去拿,所以产包的准备不必紧张。我的经验是:
1. 带一件浴袍。医院里的衣服都是背后和肩膀上开口的,生完孩子后,很快就要试着给宝宝喂母乳,医院的衣服不方便,容易受凉。前面开口的浴袍方便喂宝宝,也使产妇避免受凉。
2. 准备好宝宝回家穿的一身衣服。在医院里,宝宝只是穿一件t-shirt, 下面是尿片。然 后,外面包着blanket. 出院的时候坐car seat,那就一定要换衣服。而且,宝宝第一天 回家,意义重大,穿的正式一些。随后的一段日子里,因为基本在家,不见什么人,都是用blanket 包包就行了,方便且舒服。
3. 其他要带的东西,相机,摄像机,日记本(如果想纪录一下什么时候开几指,心情怎样等等)。Car seat, 可以提前装好。没装好也没关系,生完孩子的第二天装也可以。反正产妇和宝宝主要是睡觉,老公走开半小时没关系。

Earthquake baby!!

“My dear baby, if you are still alive remember that I loved you”
When she was discovered by the rescue crew she was already dead, crush from the force of her collapsed house. Through the spaces between the rubbles her body can be seen. It was the position she was in before her last breaththat made her stand out from the rest of the bodies that were found before her. She was kneeling, with her upper body towards the ground, hovering, with both hands holding her upper body up, as if she was kneeling down giving obeisance, but her whole body was twisted and out of form, it was a strange and odd way to die. Rescue crew reached in with their hands to make sure she wasn’t alive, and yelled towards the rubble as well as hitting the bricks with metal rods and didn’t get any reply from within.
Just when the rescue crew had giving up hope and retrieved, the leader of this unit ran back towards her, yelling “come with me” as he ran. He wentback to her body, reaching as far as he could under the women’s body, feeling around, after a while he yelled “someone’s here, it’s a child, and still alive”.
After some great effort, rescue crew carefully cleared the rubbles around her, under her body lay a baby, wrapped inside a red blanket with yellow flowers, appeared to be about 3 or 4 months old, because the shield her mother’s body created for her, she was not hurt at all, and was actually sleeping soundly. Her peaceful face warmed up everyone around her. One of the medic opened up the blanket and was prepared to take a look at the baby when he discovered a cell phone inside, he looked at the phone and found a short text message written on it “ my dear baby, if you’re still alive remember that I loved you”.
At that moment the medic who has seen death everyday shed tears, the cell phone was passed around and everyone who saw it cried. A mother’s love saved this baby from dying after 3 days under her collapsed house due to the 7.8 earth quake that hit the region on 5/12/2008

1.,等我生完了我要喝酒,早上喝红酒,中午喝啤酒,晚上喝白酒。不醉不休。
2.等我生完了,我要吃巧克力,我要喝咖啡,我要饮酽茶,我要吃一切含咖啡因或激素的东西。
3.等我生完了,我要剧烈运动,周一跳操,周二游泳,周三搏击,周四跳绳,周五网球,周六周日爬山,心跳不到一百五不停,不出一身大汗不停!
4.等我生完了,我要节食,早上一根黄瓜,中午一个苹果,晚上一盘豆芽,一日不减三斤不睡觉。
5.等我生完了,我要纵欲,我每天都要,各种姿势,花样翻新,不到高潮不许停!
6.等我生完了,我要做皮肤护理,我要画最艳丽的彩妆,我要把所有的护肤品全换成美白配方,这辈子再也不用婴儿油了!
7.等我生完了,我要用GSM手机,我要上网,我要看电视,我要用微波炉,我要用吸尘器……我要用一切强辐射的东西。
8.等我生完了,我要穿高跟鞋,我要穿紧身衣,我要把所有宽松的衣服和平底鞋都丢到大街上去。

I. Gear
1. Car seat:
这是生娃要准备的第一件东西. 没有婴儿床, 可以和大人挤, 看他爹还敢跟偶们抢地盘? 没有尿布, 可以扯件他爹的T-shirt凑合; 没有衣服, 咱可以光着么, 反正大夏天的, 这才清爽. 但是没有car seat, 你都出不了院. 抱着娃坐汽车, 是犯法地, 要被抓进去地, 严重了还要剥夺你监护权地.
Car seat的学问大大地, 比如说, 种类就好几种: infant car seat, convertiblecar seat, booster等. Infant car seat 是带个手柄的篮子那种, 车里装个固定的car seat base,小宝坐这个这个篮子里可以拎下来逛街买菜下馆子回家不耽误,还不打扰他觉觉. 这种car seat是 rear-facing的, 就是宝坐在里面, 脸朝车后窗的. 这种car seat仅限小宝轻于20磅并且短于26英寸的时候使用. 超重或超长了的宝呢,如果还不到1岁,就需要convertible car seat了. 咋个convertible法呢,就是小宝不满足1) 1岁以上; 2) 20 lb以上 (尽管不是法律规定, 但现在安全建议一直到35磅都脸儿朝后坐); 3) 26 in以上 任何一个条件的时候, 使用它 rear-facing的模式, 仨条件都满足了, 才能换forward-facing: 终于可以脸儿朝前展望未来了! 展望到40磅的时候, 或者小宝长得足够高了, 再把convertible car seat换成booster, 如此一直到孩儿长到80磅或6岁以上.
2. Stroller: 就是小娃推车.
Stroller的种类那比car seat又多了去了: 什么travel system呀,jogger呀, umbrella stroller呀等等等等. 指标包括: 重量(你得经常搬上搬下不是), 折叠大小 (小车trunk里装不下咋办?), 折叠简易性 (有时候不得一手抱宝, 一手折叠装车么), 安全性 (不能推着推着散架吧), 轮子灵活性 (有的一手推着不好拐弯据说), 抗震性能 (好些大城市地面可不敢恭维呀, 扭腰为例),遮阳蓬实用性 (有的就是个摆设据说), 设计方便性 (小人儿的cup holder, 大人的cup holder, 什么手机兜, 钥匙兜之类的有没有, 购物筐够不够大, 小人儿躺着的时候购物筐打不打得开等等等等). 如果想坐新生小宝宝, 最重要的指标是, 座位能不能fully recline (就是能不能完全放平),因为新宝宝脑袋还支不住不是. Umbrella stroller吧比如, 就是专门给大孩子用的, 因为小人儿只能坐在里面, 没躺着的模式.
II. Furniture and Accessories:
1. Crib: 就是四面围栏的标准婴儿床. 婴儿在里面安全茁壮成长为儿童之后, 可以把一边的围栏卸下来变成day bed, 儿童继续成长一夜之间变成少年了, 再把两边围栏都卸下来, 换个标准twin size的mattress,换为单人床. 既然可以用这么长时间的东西, 牢固性肯定是第一位要考虑的, 除此之外的指标还有木料, 花色, design, 品牌等等等等. 最便宜的一两百, 最贵的, 好象没有上限吧. 这个俺们现在还买不了, 没地儿放:-
(2. Mattress: Crib就是个床架子, 一般都是标准尺寸的, 配标准尺寸的crib mattress. 婴儿mattress还一点都不比大人mattress简陋, 软的硬的, 多少弹簧的, 一大堆花样儿. $60-$n00
3. Crib set: 好, 秃床架上了,现在铺东西. 买个crib set最方便, 因为花纹配套. 一般包括床单,comforter (薄被子), bumper(围床一圈防止宝宝直接碰栏杆的软围墙), dust ruffle (皱皱边儿的床围子). Fancy的还带一些小枕头, 墙上的小挂饰, 小玩具什么的. 注意小枕头不是用来枕的, 纯摆设. 美国人普遍坚持小宝1,2岁前不应该睡枕头. $50-250 in Target.
4. Mobile: 装在crib上的转转乐. 上面挂很多小玩具, 会转圈, 会出多种音乐,不同的音乐配小宝醒着嬉戏或当摇篮曲用. $25-50 in Target.
5. Changing table: 换尿片的台子. 一般跟crib木料花色配套. 最上层一个防水的软垫子, 下面几层存diaper, wipes等. $50-500 in Target.
6. Changing pad: 防水软垫儿, 可以和changing table配用, 也可以拿下来, 在任何地方换尿片用.$17-40, Target.7
. Changing pad cover: 跟床单一个意思, 罩在changing pad上, pad 是防水的,这个是棉的, 常换洗, 所以至少需要俩. $10-25/piece, Target.
8. Bassinet: 小型摇篮床, 只能睡18磅以下的宝宝. 上面的1-7项我们现在都不买呢, 为了省地方, 现在就准备买一个4合1的bassinet: 大人床侧婴儿床-摇篮-changing table-移动婴儿床4合1.不仅省地方, 还可以走哪儿跟哪儿.小宝3个月前在纽约正合适.
9. Bassinet sheet: 也得搞两,三条换洗的. $13 from Target.10. Dresser: 跟大人dresser一个意思, 放宝宝衣裳呀, blankets什么的用. 一般也讲究跟crib,changing table什么的木料配套. $74-500, target. 当然了这个, 是俺们不买地! 还是因为没地儿. 实在不行俺把俺的床头小柜给他用还不行么, 俺的化妆品, 首饰, 瑞丽杂志什么的, 通通让位, 宝宝第一!
11. Glider: 就是那种可以前后摇的椅子, 还配个可摇的脚垫. 喂奶和哄宝睡觉的时候用. 去Babies R us 试坐了几个, 那是相~~当地舒服啊, LG都不想起来了, 估计买了这个他能自告奋勇承担很多喂奶任务. 可惜, 更没地儿放, 放弃! 又省至少$200.
III. Nursing/Feeding
1. Bottles: 这个奶瓶么, 是都需要的. 母乳喂养的也要. 为什么呐? 因为母乳产量不够, 显然需要, 用来喂formula (奶粉). 母乳多了呐, 小宝一顿吃不完, 还要pump出来, 据说每次都要pump空, 才能保证以后的产量. Pump出来的母乳, 再储存了用奶瓶喂. 奶瓶还不是买一两个就够了的. 我的标题为啥是bottleS呐, 就是需要好多个呀. 还要大小不一, 轮换着用, 不然哪里洗得过来. 市面上的奶瓶当然也五花八门. 不过大家普遍推荐的有两种. 一种是Dr. Brown wide-neck bottles, 瓶里有些微妙的设计减少宝宝吃进gas, 因而减少吐奶, 疝气什么的. Avent的也不错, 自动漏气, 宝宝吐奶和GAS也少. 俺要买的: Dr. Brown wide-neck 4oz 3-pack, $14.88 from Walmart.comAvent 9oz bottle *4, included in Avent Express Microwave Steam Sterilizer, 见下第6项.
2. nipples:这个, 这个是奶嘴的意思哦. 奶瓶不是已经配奶嘴了么? 没那么简单! 原来不同小宝喜欢不同形状和柔软程度的奶嘴. 很多人都买好几种让小宝自己最终选择一款最适合它的. 而且对母乳喂养的妈妈来说, 希望小宝有最少的nipple confusion, 就需要那个奶嘴和母亲nipples口感要越象越好. 主要还有规格问题. Nipples不分size, 分level. Level 1, 2, 3…不同level的,流速不一样. 小小宝吃的慢, 用流速太快的容易呛着, 所以从小到大, 还要勤按宝宝食量换nipples. 俺也只好多买它几种, 一步步来喽. ~$10 from Target.
3. Bottle brush: 这个简单, 奶瓶刷子. 奶瓶大小不一. 刷子买一个长的就够了. $3 from Target.
4. Breast Pump: 就是前面说的那个把母乳泵出来的东东. 除了前面提到的用途, 最有用的应该就是上班之后以及小宝上daycare (托儿所)之后. 母乳pump出来, 储存或带到daycare,妈妈上班, 小宝依然有母乳吃. pump有手动的和电动的两大类. 价格相差悬殊. 手动倒是便宜简单, 可是据说pump的又慢又费劲, pump完会累个半死不说, 每次花1个多小时, 每天好几次, 谁有那个时间啊. 所以大部分人还是花血本买了电动的. 大家普遍推荐的是Medela pump in style. 这也是俺最大的一笔投资: $224 from Babycenter.com.
5. Bottle warmer:宝宝要吃热奶, 所以懒惰的美国人就发明了这个快速bottle warmer. 俺决定抵制.热水水浴不就行了么. 省$20.
6. Bottle Sterilizer:任是我再勤劳, 也拒绝不了这个. 奶瓶消毒需要高温, 传统的方法是烧开水煮. 可是太花时间. 这个据说方便的不行, 妈妈们都狂赞: Avent Express Microwave Steam Sterilizer. 就是把一堆用过的奶瓶奶嘴泵奶工具们码在一特制塑料(?)盒里, 搁微波炉里一转就消毒了. 决定投资, $29.99 from Target
7. Pacifier:就是小娃平常叼着玩儿的奶嘴. 也是不通形状的. 这个便宜. 同事给了两个, 再买俩就应该差不多了. 几块钱. 8. Nursing bra:以下都是母乳喂养的需要拉. Nursing bra 和普通bra不同之处主要在于可以从前面单边打开来喂奶. 另外要下面没有钢圈的, 否则容易生肿块. 要在临产之前再买, 太早买的size可能不对哦!
9. Breast Cream:哎, 母乳喂养不是那么简单的事儿, 乳头会被宝宝弄裂.:-( 这个cream就是滋润乳头用的. 好处是不用洗, 宝宝直接可以吃. 生产前一个月就应该用来预防. Lansinoh Lanolin breast cream. $8.33 from Walmart.
10. Boppy pillow: 一种设计独特的圆形垫枕. 喂奶时可以把小宝的高度调到正合适. 尤其是前一俩月小宝微型的时候, 很有用. $25 from Target, 再加个拆换的套子 $15. 俺因为怀孕期间腰疼, 早买了个孕妇大圆枕, 估计可以凑合着干这个用. 省$40先~
11. Nursing Pads: 垫在bra里面的棉垫子. 衣服上漏奶的湿印子, 大家见过么? 还是很embarassing的. 这个就是吸收漏奶的. 有可以重复用的, 也有disposable ones. 如果漏奶严重,最好用disposable的, 可洗的那种还是会漏透. 大家推荐的有Lansinoh, Johnson’s, Avent, 还有Target自己牌子的. Lansinoh Disposable nursing pads ct.60, $8 from Target.
12. Burping cloths:每次喂奶之后讲究要拍奶嗝儿, 把吃下去的气儿拍出来, 不然宝宝会不舒服, 吐奶呀肚肚疼什么的. 拍奶嗝儿的手艺生产医院的护士会教. 这个burping cloth就是拍隔儿的时候颠肩上让宝宝吐奶水儿用的. 一般需要好几个才有功夫洗. $7 / 3pieces from Motherhood.俺扣门儿, 不打算买呢, 用块什么毛巾布头什么的先垫垫看吧.
13. Bibs:围嘴儿. 有用. 我买了一套5个的, 就因为看上人家印的小汽车的可爱图案拉. 我没经验, 琢磨着5个应该够用了吧? 当然得看我够不够勤快, 洗不洗得过来. 其实还有一次性的, 都不用洗. 算了, 我就不铺张浪费了. $8 from Macys.
14. High chair:小宝长到几个月之后自己上桌子招呼着往嘴里吃的时候需要. 现在可不能买, 贵死
IV. Clothing etc.
1. Receiving blankets:这个不算衣服, 但是必需要用到的. 就是把小小宝裹起来的小毯子. 为什么一定要裹呢? 穿件衣服让它自由伸展不好么? 答案是不好! 尤其对刚出生的tiny宝宝们.原来宝宝习惯了在子宫里被紧紧包围着, 用receiving blanket裹紧它的小胳膊小腿, 模拟在子宫里面的环境, 会让它更有安全感. 市面上常卖的receiving blankets多为30X30’的, 依大家的经验, 这个不好, 太小了, 裹不了几天就用不了了. 30X40’的比较好. Receiving blankets需要至少4,5条吧. 另外薄的厚的也要各准备几条, 以备不同天气. 我的同事朋友们送了一些30X30的, 我准备拿一条来作个小枕头(美国人claim宝宝1岁前不睡枕头, 咱中国宝宝还是都睡枕头的来着), 其它的作小床单, burping cloth等用途. 自己又买了4条30X40的, $16.16 from Babycenter.com.
2. Swaddle Me Infant Wrap:尽管护士会教新爸妈怎么用receiving blanket裹小宝, 一开始总会经验不足, 手忙脚乱. 方便起见, 懒惰的米国人又发明了这个直接裹的小包包. 俺只买了一个,觉着我们这么心灵手巧的, 对付receiving blanket没大问题吧? $8.96 from Babycenter.com.
3. Snap shirts:新生宝宝脐带未掉之前, 用这种侧面开口的斜领衫最方便! 开始听人说米国这边不好买到, 让俺姐姐从国内买了些. 结果某天逛街又被我撞见了, 俺, 俺, 又铺张浪费地买了一套5件装. $15 from Macys.
4. Outfits:小宝出门靓装. 这个我学乖了, 一件没买. 同事们送了4, 5套, 宝宝的姨也给买了. 俺们小帅哥就算再臭美, 也够穿了!
5. Overalls:从脖子套到脚丫的连身衣, 前面和裤底都有扣子方便穿脱. 俺们宝生在酷暑时节,这个用处其实不大, 所以就买了一件, 胸前画个小狗狗, 满身的狗爪印, 哈哈, 可爱之极! $10 from Macys.
6. Hat:据说新宝出院出门要戴小帽子? 医院听说会送一两顶. 同事送的宝宝套装里也带了两个, 俺就没买.
7. Booties and socks:宝宝小鞋子小袜子. 大夏天的不知道用不用的上. 可是那微型的小袜子们实在是太太太可爱了. 我没忍住, 买了三双~~ $3 from Target, $2 from BabyGap.
8. Mitten: 宝宝小手乱抓, 会把自己弄伤. 这种小手套就是防止长了指甲的宝宝伤害自己幼嫩皮肤的. 不过又有说法, 说应该鼓励小宝用手到处探索, 发展触觉. 所以俺没买.男宝宝么, 身上带两条伤疤, 够酷?
9. Sleep wear:宝宝睡衣. 俺没买, 还没想到这个的必要性. 不过听说sleep sack(睡袋)会很有用, 防止宝宝蹬掉小毯子. 如果真有必要, 以后再买吧. $20一个呢.
10. Gown:洗完澡穿的浴袍吧. 同事送了一件, 就不多买了.
11. Wash cloths:洗澡用的小软布. 同事和朋友送了.
12. Dreft专用婴儿洗衣液. 比大人的品牌们都柔和. $14 from Target.
13. Onesies:最最基本的婴儿装. 从脖子一直兜到小PP. 领口和PP底都有扣子方便穿脱和换尿布. 热天直接当外衣, 冷天当内衣. 所以用处最大. 朋友送了两件. 我自己买了它7,8件
VI. Diapers and related:
1. Diapers: 纸尿裤是也. 不同大小的宝宝用不同size的尿裤: newborn, 1, 1-2, 3, 4,…每种尿裤都标明了适用于多重的宝宝. Newborn的是给刚出生的宝宝用的,比别的size都贵.一般医院会送一些.然后看不同宝宝的长势需要几十到100多片不等. 尽管1号的也可以给新生宝宝用, 但据说腰比较高, 容易碰到宝宝没掉落的脐带. 还是newborn的设计好一些. 市面上很多diaper牌子, 最popular的是Huggies和Pampers. 据BBS上多人汇报, 对小小的宝宝来说, Pampers Swaddler系列比Huggies要好,服贴不侧漏. 到4号以上的diapers, Huggies (supreme) 和Pampers (cruisers)就差不多了. 甚至有人更偏爱Huggies.俺现在只准备了Pampers Swaddler 的newborn, 1-2, 和2号各一箱, 还是跳了一个Amazon的deal买的. 万一不够的话, 随时再加就好. 现在几大箱尿布已经展览在客厅中央, 就算是行为艺术, 也没地方多摆了. $99 from Amazon.
2.Baby Wipes: 换尿布的时候给宝宝擦拭的湿纸巾. 据说每次宝宝poo poo都要至少用掉4-5张, pee pee 2-3张, 所以一包7,80片的Wipe一个星期就用完. 如果担心Wipe对宝宝的皮肤有刺激, 就买那种HYPOALLERGIC的, 不带香味和添加剂. Pampers sensitive 和Target store brand 就不错. Pampers Sensitive Baby Wipes (with tub): 70*8, $29 from Amazon.Pampers Sensitive Baby Wipes (refills): 70*12, $31 from Amazon.Target store brand baby wipes: 72*6, $8 from Target.3
. Baby wipe warmer: 冬天的时候, 用凉纸巾给宝宝擦PP多难受, 所以就有这个加热器. 不过这个太纨绔了. 俺就决定用温水把wipe蘸热就好.
4. Diaper rash cream: 防治红PP的.每次换尿布后涂一点, 宝宝就不会红PP拉! 也有超多牌子和种类. 我们楼下小卖店就一大排呢. 到时候随手抄一个就好. 不过有人推荐了Mustela cold cream $11 from babycenter.com, 算是比较高级的牌子.
5. Diaper champ/ diaper genie: 专门扔diapers的垃圾筒. 里面的结构是很独特的紧口设计, 不会散味儿. 这个也好象属于奢侈品. 我不决定买. 万一我家味儿实在太大再说, 不过我自己待久了可能闻不出来, 需要友情提醒, 哈哈哈哈. $25 from Target.
6. Diaper Bag: 带小宝出门的时候放diapers的. Fancy吧, 专门放尿布的包包也! 还都贼贵! 而且一些designer的包包品牌都carry diaper bag的! 嗯, 据说有的医院送奶粉样品的时候附一个diaper bag, 那我就省钱用免费的吧.寒酸是寒酸了点, 可是, 让我用coach的diaper bag, 除非我抽风了. 我这么臭美的,自己还从没有个coach包包呐.
7. Pee-pee Teepee:嘿嘿, 很多已经作了妈妈的(尤其是女宝宝的妈妈), 可能都不知道这是个什么东东. 我有一次逛孕妇店的时候, 看见这个. 一小包5个棉绒质地的三角帽. 帽帽大小也就套个大拇指的样子. 干什么的呐? 人家包装上也没详细的介绍, 只说: “ For the sprinkling wee-wee”.
VII. Baby Care and Health:
1. Bath Tub: 宝宝澡盆. 宝宝一般脐带脱落之前只能擦澡, 掉了之后就可以洗澡了. Bath tub从两个星期大开始用, 买个能放在厨房或浴室sink里的最方便. 一是大人不用弯腰弓身, 二是可以大大地省水. 我看上两个: Sure Comfort Deluxe Newborn-to-Toddler Tub, $16.99 from Target. 和Safety 1st Comfy Duck Bath Center, $14.99 from Target. 两个其实很象, 都有个附加的sling挂在塑料盆里, 刚出生的宝宝就可以稳稳地躺在里面.区别是第一个长相普通, 但能用到一两岁, 第二个设计cute一点, 就是只能用到半岁左右. 哎, 我既看重长相又兼顾功能, 决定不下呢~还据说Eurobath非常好, 所以可以先买个用到几个月的, 再换Eurobath?
2. Bath Towel: 同事送了一个, 还带小帽子的. 其实这个是奢侈品, 用大人的都可以.
3. Bath toys: 泡水里玩的小鸭子小鱼小青蛙小海星小….们. 小小宝肯定还玩不了. 这个不买!
4. Shower gel and shampoo: 现在市面上的baby洗发洗浴品好多. 据说大部分也就是打着baby名号多条产品line的市场手段而已. 最常见的强生据说就是这样, 没什么特别的. Mustela是个不错的牌子, 但是比较贵. Drugstore的牌子我倾向于Aveeno Baby. 因为大人的浴液, Aveeno的就比别家的柔和很多, 想宝宝的应该也差不了. 这个还没买, 有些免费样品呢. 用完之后到楼下小店买就好了.
5. Shaver:给宝宝剃头用. 没买, 用我的Venus试试, 或者用LG的电动剃须刀?
6. Cotton swabs:给新生儿脐带擦酒精用的. 不打算格外买, 就用我的Qtips不好么.
7. Baby Nail clipper:据说有的宝宝刚生下来就有长指甲了, 这个得在出生前买好, 去住院时就带着. 肯定俺应该比大人的小些. 买了一个. Parents magazine牌的长手柄baby nail clipper, $2 from Target.
9. Baby Thermometer:这个很必要. 时刻关注宝宝体温. 大家都推荐测耳朵的几款.尤其是一个叫Braun牌的. $30-40 from Target or Walmart.
10. Nasal Aspirator: 从宝宝鼻子里吸羊水呀鼻涕什么的. 买了个parents magazine 牌子的, 尖口处是透明的, 可以看到里面有什么, 还可以拆下来清洗. $3 from Target.
VIII. Play things:
1. Toys: 同事送了几件了. 其实宝宝小的时候还什么都不会玩儿呢. 现在买多了也没用. 还不如等他两,三个月了推到Mall里去看小人儿的反应自己挑呢. 另外玩具这个东西学问太大了, 不仅分年龄, 还分门别类启发各方面智力的. 每年还有个什么组织评选出适合不同年龄的最佳玩具一二三等. 反正我的research, 是要坚持不懈地作下去了.哦, 我检讨, 我昨天在BabiesRus看见一只很可爱的小狮子plush toy 在clearance, 忍不住买拉! 俺们宝宝是狮子座的哎! 打算放在他的Bassinet里, 软软的还防撞 :P.
2. Mobile: 这个好象重复了. 前面提到crib的时候就讲过. 挂在床上的转转乐, 还会放音乐.其实不只可以挂床上, car seat上, stroller上都可以挂, 宝宝无聊的时候给他转一转, 唱一唱, 起个安抚作用. 所以要买那种方便拆卸的. 俺不买, 因为相中的Bassinet上带的那个就可以拆.
3. Play yards: 四面围起来的游乐小床. 上面挂各种玩具, 小宝在里面被保护得好好的, 自己玩儿, 可以让大人腾出空来干点儿别的. 没买, 等宝大些才舍得放羊.
4. Play gym: 类似的东东, 不过底下就是个五颜六色的大软垫子, 上面支些五颜六色的玩具, 再加点音乐功能. 新生宝宝就可以放上面自己躺着看拉. 再大点儿了还可以上手抓.按说这个有用, 不占地方, 放大人床上就行, 还在考虑要不要现在就买中.
5. Play mats: 就是那种泡沫塑料之类的材料作成的一方块儿一方块儿拼起来的地毯. 方块儿可能还有个字母呀动物呀什么的可以扣出来再安上去. 小宝在上面摸爬滚打不怕摔, 也益智. 这个, 会爬之后再说吧.
6. Rattles and teethers: Rattles应该就跟咱们波浪鼓啊, 小铃铛啊之类的差不多, 宝宝自己弄响声的玩具.Teethers, 顾名思义, 用来上嘴啃的. 也再缓缓吧. 我怎么概念里觉得新生小宝就是个吃了睡,睡了吃的小傻子, 这么多花样儿, 怕是娱乐大人自己为多, 他玩得过来么?
7. Books and videos: 这边儿的医生讲究从刚出生就给宝宝念书听. 听得懂听不懂不管, 这样有助于父母跟宝宝的bonding和锻炼宝宝的注意力据说. 那, 俺们是给他从小念英文书呐, 还是从国内搞点中文故事图画书识字卡片什么的? 一开始, 应该弄咱自己的好吧! Video的事儿, 我不想让宝宝太小就看. 尽管这边什么Baby Einstein的系列DVD炒得乌央乌央的, 我觉得等宝宝大点再考虑. 8
. Bouncer and Swing: Bouncer 是个架起来的,软布垫儿作的小娃座椅, 用电池, 可以不同频率和强度地振动. Swing更大一些, 就是婴儿可以坐的室内秋千. 这两样据说是在小娃闹的时候安慰他的绝好工具. 省了大人抱着晃悠了. 要说科技发达了就是好啊!
1. Car seat:
这是生娃要准备的第一件东西. 没有婴儿床, 可以和大人挤, 看他爹还敢跟偶们抢地盘? 没有尿布, 可以扯件他爹的T-shirt凑合; 没有衣服, 咱可以光着么, 反正大夏天的, 这才清爽. 但是没有car seat, 你都出不了院. 抱着娃坐汽车, 是犯法地, 要被抓进去地, 严重了还要剥夺你监护权地.
Car seat的学问大大地, 比如说, 种类就好几种: infant car seat, convertiblecar seat, booster等. Infant car seat 是带个手柄的篮子那种, 车里装个固定的car seat base,小宝坐这个这个篮子里可以拎下来逛街买菜下馆子回家不耽误,还不打扰他觉觉. 这种car seat是 rear-facing的, 就是宝坐在里面, 脸朝车后窗的. 这种car seat仅限小宝轻于20磅并且短于26英寸的时候使用. 超重或超长了的宝呢,如果还不到1岁,就需要convertible car seat了. 咋个convertible法呢,就是小宝不满足1) 1岁以上; 2) 20 lb以上 (尽管不是法律规定, 但现在安全建议一直到35磅都脸儿朝后坐); 3) 26 in以上 任何一个条件的时候, 使用它 rear-facing的模式, 仨条件都满足了, 才能换forward-facing: 终于可以脸儿朝前展望未来了! 展望到40磅的时候, 或者小宝长得足够高了, 再把convertible car seat换成booster, 如此一直到孩儿长到80磅或6岁以上.
2. Stroller: 就是小娃推车.
Stroller的种类那比car seat又多了去了: 什么travel system呀,jogger呀, umbrella stroller呀等等等等. 指标包括: 重量(你得经常搬上搬下不是), 折叠大小 (小车trunk里装不下咋办?), 折叠简易性 (有时候不得一手抱宝, 一手折叠装车么), 安全性 (不能推着推着散架吧), 轮子灵活性 (有的一手推着不好拐弯据说), 抗震性能 (好些大城市地面可不敢恭维呀, 扭腰为例),遮阳蓬实用性 (有的就是个摆设据说), 设计方便性 (小人儿的cup holder, 大人的cup holder, 什么手机兜, 钥匙兜之类的有没有, 购物筐够不够大, 小人儿躺着的时候购物筐打不打得开等等等等). 如果想坐新生小宝宝, 最重要的指标是, 座位能不能fully recline (就是能不能完全放平),因为新宝宝脑袋还支不住不是. Umbrella stroller吧比如, 就是专门给大孩子用的, 因为小人儿只能坐在里面, 没躺着的模式.
II. Furniture and Accessories:
1. Crib: 就是四面围栏的标准婴儿床. 婴儿在里面安全茁壮成长为儿童之后, 可以把一边的围栏卸下来变成day bed, 儿童继续成长一夜之间变成少年了, 再把两边围栏都卸下来, 换个标准twin size的mattress,换为单人床. 既然可以用这么长时间的东西, 牢固性肯定是第一位要考虑的, 除此之外的指标还有木料, 花色, design, 品牌等等等等. 最便宜的一两百, 最贵的, 好象没有上限吧. 这个俺们现在还买不了, 没地儿放:-
(2. Mattress: Crib就是个床架子, 一般都是标准尺寸的, 配标准尺寸的crib mattress. 婴儿mattress还一点都不比大人mattress简陋, 软的硬的, 多少弹簧的, 一大堆花样儿. $60-$n00

4. Mobile: 装在crib上的转转乐. 上面挂很多小玩具, 会转圈, 会出多种音乐,不同的音乐配小宝醒着嬉戏或当摇篮曲用. $25-50 in Target.
5. Changing table: 换尿片的台子. 一般跟crib木料花色配套. 最上层一个防水的软垫子, 下面几层存diaper, wipes等. $50-500 in Target.
6. Changing pad: 防水软垫儿, 可以和changing table配用, 也可以拿下来, 在任何地方换尿片用.$17-40, Target.7
. Changing pad cover: 跟床单一个意思, 罩在changing pad上, pad 是防水的,这个是棉的, 常换洗, 所以至少需要俩. $10-25/piece, Target.
8. Bassinet: 小型摇篮床, 只能睡18磅以下的宝宝. 上面的1-7项我们现在都不买呢, 为了省地方, 现在就准备买一个4合1的bassinet: 大人床侧婴儿床-摇篮-changing table-移动婴儿床4合1.不仅省地方, 还可以走哪儿跟哪儿.小宝3个月前在纽约正合适.
9. Bassinet sheet: 也得搞两,三条换洗的. $13 from Target.10. Dresser: 跟大人dresser一个意思, 放宝宝衣裳呀, blankets什么的用. 一般也讲究跟crib,changing table什么的木料配套. $74-500, target. 当然了这个, 是俺们不买地! 还是因为没地儿. 实在不行俺把俺的床头小柜给他用还不行么, 俺的化妆品, 首饰, 瑞丽杂志什么的, 通通让位, 宝宝第一!
11. Glider: 就是那种可以前后摇的椅子, 还配个可摇的脚垫. 喂奶和哄宝睡觉的时候用. 去Babies R us 试坐了几个, 那是相~~当地舒服啊, LG都不想起来了, 估计买了这个他能自告奋勇承担很多喂奶任务. 可惜, 更没地儿放, 放弃! 又省至少$200.
III. Nursing/Feeding
1. Bottles: 这个奶瓶么, 是都需要的. 母乳喂养的也要. 为什么呐? 因为母乳产量不够, 显然需要, 用来喂formula (奶粉). 母乳多了呐, 小宝一顿吃不完, 还要pump出来, 据说每次都要pump空, 才能保证以后的产量. Pump出来的母乳, 再储存了用奶瓶喂. 奶瓶还不是买一两个就够了的. 我的标题为啥是bottleS呐, 就是需要好多个呀. 还要大小不一, 轮换着用, 不然哪里洗得过来. 市面上的奶瓶当然也五花八门. 不过大家普遍推荐的有两种. 一种是Dr. Brown wide-neck bottles, 瓶里有些微妙的设计减少宝宝吃进gas, 因而减少吐奶, 疝气什么的. Avent的也不错, 自动漏气, 宝宝吐奶和GAS也少. 俺要买的: Dr. Brown wide-neck 4oz 3-pack, $14.88 from Walmart.comAvent 9oz bottle *4, included in Avent Express Microwave Steam Sterilizer, 见下第6项.
2. nipples:这个, 这个是奶嘴的意思哦. 奶瓶不是已经配奶嘴了么? 没那么简单! 原来不同小宝喜欢不同形状和柔软程度的奶嘴. 很多人都买好几种让小宝自己最终选择一款最适合它的. 而且对母乳喂养的妈妈来说, 希望小宝有最少的nipple confusion, 就需要那个奶嘴和母亲nipples口感要越象越好. 主要还有规格问题. Nipples不分size, 分level. Level 1, 2, 3…不同level的,流速不一样. 小小宝吃的慢, 用流速太快的容易呛着, 所以从小到大, 还要勤按宝宝食量换nipples. 俺也只好多买它几种, 一步步来喽. ~$10 from Target.
3. Bottle brush: 这个简单, 奶瓶刷子. 奶瓶大小不一. 刷子买一个长的就够了. $3 from Target.
4. Breast Pump: 就是前面说的那个把母乳泵出来的东东. 除了前面提到的用途, 最有用的应该就是上班之后以及小宝上daycare (托儿所)之后. 母乳pump出来, 储存或带到daycare,妈妈上班, 小宝依然有母乳吃. pump有手动的和电动的两大类. 价格相差悬殊. 手动倒是便宜简单, 可是据说pump的又慢又费劲, pump完会累个半死不说, 每次花1个多小时, 每天好几次, 谁有那个时间啊. 所以大部分人还是花血本买了电动的. 大家普遍推荐的是Medela pump in style. 这也是俺最大的一笔投资: $224 from Babycenter.com.
5. Bottle warmer:宝宝要吃热奶, 所以懒惰的美国人就发明了这个快速bottle warmer. 俺决定抵制.热水水浴不就行了么. 省$20.
6. Bottle Sterilizer:任是我再勤劳, 也拒绝不了这个. 奶瓶消毒需要高温, 传统的方法是烧开水煮. 可是太花时间. 这个据说方便的不行, 妈妈们都狂赞: Avent Express Microwave Steam Sterilizer. 就是把一堆用过的奶瓶奶嘴泵奶工具们码在一特制塑料(?)盒里, 搁微波炉里一转就消毒了. 决定投资, $29.99 from Target
7. Pacifier:就是小娃平常叼着玩儿的奶嘴. 也是不通形状的. 这个便宜. 同事给了两个, 再买俩就应该差不多了. 几块钱. 8. Nursing bra:以下都是母乳喂养的需要拉. Nursing bra 和普通bra不同之处主要在于可以从前面单边打开来喂奶. 另外要下面没有钢圈的, 否则容易生肿块. 要在临产之前再买, 太早买的size可能不对哦!
9. Breast Cream:哎, 母乳喂养不是那么简单的事儿, 乳头会被宝宝弄裂.:-( 这个cream就是滋润乳头用的. 好处是不用洗, 宝宝直接可以吃. 生产前一个月就应该用来预防. Lansinoh Lanolin breast cream. $8.33 from Walmart.
10. Boppy pillow: 一种设计独特的圆形垫枕. 喂奶时可以把小宝的高度调到正合适. 尤其是前一俩月小宝微型的时候, 很有用. $25 from Target, 再加个拆换的套子 $15. 俺因为怀孕期间腰疼, 早买了个孕妇大圆枕, 估计可以凑合着干这个用. 省$40先~
11. Nursing Pads: 垫在bra里面的棉垫子. 衣服上漏奶的湿印子, 大家见过么? 还是很embarassing的. 这个就是吸收漏奶的. 有可以重复用的, 也有disposable ones. 如果漏奶严重,最好用disposable的, 可洗的那种还是会漏透. 大家推荐的有Lansinoh, Johnson’s, Avent, 还有Target自己牌子的. Lansinoh Disposable nursing pads ct.60, $8 from Target.
12. Burping cloths:每次喂奶之后讲究要拍奶嗝儿, 把吃下去的气儿拍出来, 不然宝宝会不舒服, 吐奶呀肚肚疼什么的. 拍奶嗝儿的手艺生产医院的护士会教. 这个burping cloth就是拍隔儿的时候颠肩上让宝宝吐奶水儿用的. 一般需要好几个才有功夫洗. $7 / 3pieces from Motherhood.俺扣门儿, 不打算买呢, 用块什么毛巾布头什么的先垫垫看吧.
13. Bibs:围嘴儿. 有用. 我买了一套5个的, 就因为看上人家印的小汽车的可爱图案拉. 我没经验, 琢磨着5个应该够用了吧? 当然得看我够不够勤快, 洗不洗得过来. 其实还有一次性的, 都不用洗. 算了, 我就不铺张浪费了. $8 from Macys.
14. High chair:小宝长到几个月之后自己上桌子招呼着往嘴里吃的时候需要. 现在可不能买, 贵死
IV. Clothing etc.
1. Receiving blankets:这个不算衣服, 但是必需要用到的. 就是把小小宝裹起来的小毯子. 为什么一定要裹呢? 穿件衣服让它自由伸展不好么? 答案是不好! 尤其对刚出生的tiny宝宝们.原来宝宝习惯了在子宫里被紧紧包围着, 用receiving blanket裹紧它的小胳膊小腿, 模拟在子宫里面的环境, 会让它更有安全感. 市面上常卖的receiving blankets多为30X30’的, 依大家的经验, 这个不好, 太小了, 裹不了几天就用不了了. 30X40’的比较好. Receiving blankets需要至少4,5条吧. 另外薄的厚的也要各准备几条, 以备不同天气. 我的同事朋友们送了一些30X30的, 我准备拿一条来作个小枕头(美国人claim宝宝1岁前不睡枕头, 咱中国宝宝还是都睡枕头的来着), 其它的作小床单, burping cloth等用途. 自己又买了4条30X40的, $16.16 from Babycenter.com.
2. Swaddle Me Infant Wrap:尽管护士会教新爸妈怎么用receiving blanket裹小宝, 一开始总会经验不足, 手忙脚乱. 方便起见, 懒惰的米国人又发明了这个直接裹的小包包. 俺只买了一个,觉着我们这么心灵手巧的, 对付receiving blanket没大问题吧? $8.96 from Babycenter.com.
3. Snap shirts:新生宝宝脐带未掉之前, 用这种侧面开口的斜领衫最方便! 开始听人说米国这边不好买到, 让俺姐姐从国内买了些. 结果某天逛街又被我撞见了, 俺, 俺, 又铺张浪费地买了一套5件装. $15 from Macys.
4. Outfits:小宝出门靓装. 这个我学乖了, 一件没买. 同事们送了4, 5套, 宝宝的姨也给买了. 俺们小帅哥就算再臭美, 也够穿了!
5. Overalls:从脖子套到脚丫的连身衣, 前面和裤底都有扣子方便穿脱. 俺们宝生在酷暑时节,这个用处其实不大, 所以就买了一件, 胸前画个小狗狗, 满身的狗爪印, 哈哈, 可爱之极! $10 from Macys.
6. Hat:据说新宝出院出门要戴小帽子? 医院听说会送一两顶. 同事送的宝宝套装里也带了两个, 俺就没买.
7. Booties and socks:宝宝小鞋子小袜子. 大夏天的不知道用不用的上. 可是那微型的小袜子们实在是太太太可爱了. 我没忍住, 买了三双~~ $3 from Target, $2 from BabyGap.
8. Mitten: 宝宝小手乱抓, 会把自己弄伤. 这种小手套就是防止长了指甲的宝宝伤害自己幼嫩皮肤的. 不过又有说法, 说应该鼓励小宝用手到处探索, 发展触觉. 所以俺没买.男宝宝么, 身上带两条伤疤, 够酷?
9. Sleep wear:宝宝睡衣. 俺没买, 还没想到这个的必要性. 不过听说sleep sack(睡袋)会很有用, 防止宝宝蹬掉小毯子. 如果真有必要, 以后再买吧. $20一个呢.
10. Gown:洗完澡穿的浴袍吧. 同事送了一件, 就不多买了.
11. Wash cloths:洗澡用的小软布. 同事和朋友送了.
12. Dreft专用婴儿洗衣液. 比大人的品牌们都柔和. $14 from Target.
13. Onesies:最最基本的婴儿装. 从脖子一直兜到小PP. 领口和PP底都有扣子方便穿脱和换尿布. 热天直接当外衣, 冷天当内衣. 所以用处最大. 朋友送了两件. 我自己买了它7,8件
VI. Diapers and related:
1. Diapers: 纸尿裤是也. 不同大小的宝宝用不同size的尿裤: newborn, 1, 1-2, 3, 4,…每种尿裤都标明了适用于多重的宝宝. Newborn的是给刚出生的宝宝用的,比别的size都贵.一般医院会送一些.然后看不同宝宝的长势需要几十到100多片不等. 尽管1号的也可以给新生宝宝用, 但据说腰比较高, 容易碰到宝宝没掉落的脐带. 还是newborn的设计好一些. 市面上很多diaper牌子, 最popular的是Huggies和Pampers. 据BBS上多人汇报, 对小小的宝宝来说, Pampers Swaddler系列比Huggies要好,服贴不侧漏. 到4号以上的diapers, Huggies (supreme) 和Pampers (cruisers)就差不多了. 甚至有人更偏爱Huggies.俺现在只准备了Pampers Swaddler 的newborn, 1-2, 和2号各一箱, 还是跳了一个Amazon的deal买的. 万一不够的话, 随时再加就好. 现在几大箱尿布已经展览在客厅中央, 就算是行为艺术, 也没地方多摆了. $99 from Amazon.
2.Baby Wipes: 换尿布的时候给宝宝擦拭的湿纸巾. 据说每次宝宝poo poo都要至少用掉4-5张, pee pee 2-3张, 所以一包7,80片的Wipe一个星期就用完. 如果担心Wipe对宝宝的皮肤有刺激, 就买那种HYPOALLERGIC的, 不带香味和添加剂. Pampers sensitive 和Target store brand 就不错. Pampers Sensitive Baby Wipes (with tub): 70*8, $29 from Amazon.Pampers Sensitive Baby Wipes (refills): 70*12, $31 from Amazon.Target store brand baby wipes: 72*6, $8 from Target.3
. Baby wipe warmer: 冬天的时候, 用凉纸巾给宝宝擦PP多难受, 所以就有这个加热器. 不过这个太纨绔了. 俺就决定用温水把wipe蘸热就好.
4. Diaper rash cream: 防治红PP的.每次换尿布后涂一点, 宝宝就不会红PP拉! 也有超多牌子和种类. 我们楼下小卖店就一大排呢. 到时候随手抄一个就好. 不过有人推荐了Mustela cold cream $11 from babycenter.com, 算是比较高级的牌子.
5. Diaper champ/ diaper genie: 专门扔diapers的垃圾筒. 里面的结构是很独特的紧口设计, 不会散味儿. 这个也好象属于奢侈品. 我不决定买. 万一我家味儿实在太大再说, 不过我自己待久了可能闻不出来, 需要友情提醒, 哈哈哈哈. $25 from Target.
6. Diaper Bag: 带小宝出门的时候放diapers的. Fancy吧, 专门放尿布的包包也! 还都贼贵! 而且一些designer的包包品牌都carry diaper bag的! 嗯, 据说有的医院送奶粉样品的时候附一个diaper bag, 那我就省钱用免费的吧.寒酸是寒酸了点, 可是, 让我用coach的diaper bag, 除非我抽风了. 我这么臭美的,自己还从没有个coach包包呐.
7. Pee-pee Teepee:嘿嘿, 很多已经作了妈妈的(尤其是女宝宝的妈妈), 可能都不知道这是个什么东东. 我有一次逛孕妇店的时候, 看见这个. 一小包5个棉绒质地的三角帽. 帽帽大小也就套个大拇指的样子. 干什么的呐? 人家包装上也没详细的介绍, 只说: “ For the sprinkling wee-wee”.
VII. Baby Care and Health:
1. Bath Tub: 宝宝澡盆. 宝宝一般脐带脱落之前只能擦澡, 掉了之后就可以洗澡了. Bath tub从两个星期大开始用, 买个能放在厨房或浴室sink里的最方便. 一是大人不用弯腰弓身, 二是可以大大地省水. 我看上两个: Sure Comfort Deluxe Newborn-to-Toddler Tub, $16.99 from Target. 和Safety 1st Comfy Duck Bath Center, $14.99 from Target. 两个其实很象, 都有个附加的sling挂在塑料盆里, 刚出生的宝宝就可以稳稳地躺在里面.区别是第一个长相普通, 但能用到一两岁, 第二个设计cute一点, 就是只能用到半岁左右. 哎, 我既看重长相又兼顾功能, 决定不下呢~还据说Eurobath非常好, 所以可以先买个用到几个月的, 再换Eurobath?
2. Bath Towel: 同事送了一个, 还带小帽子的. 其实这个是奢侈品, 用大人的都可以.
3. Bath toys: 泡水里玩的小鸭子小鱼小青蛙小海星小….们. 小小宝肯定还玩不了. 这个不买!
4. Shower gel and shampoo: 现在市面上的baby洗发洗浴品好多. 据说大部分也就是打着baby名号多条产品line的市场手段而已. 最常见的强生据说就是这样, 没什么特别的. Mustela是个不错的牌子, 但是比较贵. Drugstore的牌子我倾向于Aveeno Baby. 因为大人的浴液, Aveeno的就比别家的柔和很多, 想宝宝的应该也差不了. 这个还没买, 有些免费样品呢. 用完之后到楼下小店买就好了.
5. Shaver:给宝宝剃头用. 没买, 用我的Venus试试, 或者用LG的电动剃须刀?
6. Cotton swabs:给新生儿脐带擦酒精用的. 不打算格外买, 就用我的Qtips不好么.
7. Baby Nail clipper:据说有的宝宝刚生下来就有长指甲了, 这个得在出生前买好, 去住院时就带着. 肯定俺应该比大人的小些. 买了一个. Parents magazine牌的长手柄baby nail clipper, $2 from Target.
9. Baby Thermometer:这个很必要. 时刻关注宝宝体温. 大家都推荐测耳朵的几款.尤其是一个叫Braun牌的. $30-40 from Target or Walmart.
10. Nasal Aspirator: 从宝宝鼻子里吸羊水呀鼻涕什么的. 买了个parents magazine 牌子的, 尖口处是透明的, 可以看到里面有什么, 还可以拆下来清洗. $3 from Target.
VIII. Play things:
1. Toys: 同事送了几件了. 其实宝宝小的时候还什么都不会玩儿呢. 现在买多了也没用. 还不如等他两,三个月了推到Mall里去看小人儿的反应自己挑呢. 另外玩具这个东西学问太大了, 不仅分年龄, 还分门别类启发各方面智力的. 每年还有个什么组织评选出适合不同年龄的最佳玩具一二三等. 反正我的research, 是要坚持不懈地作下去了.哦, 我检讨, 我昨天在BabiesRus看见一只很可爱的小狮子plush toy 在clearance, 忍不住买拉! 俺们宝宝是狮子座的哎! 打算放在他的Bassinet里, 软软的还防撞 :P.

3. Play yards: 四面围起来的游乐小床. 上面挂各种玩具, 小宝在里面被保护得好好的, 自己玩儿, 可以让大人腾出空来干点儿别的. 没买, 等宝大些才舍得放羊.
4. Play gym: 类似的东东, 不过底下就是个五颜六色的大软垫子, 上面支些五颜六色的玩具, 再加点音乐功能. 新生宝宝就可以放上面自己躺着看拉. 再大点儿了还可以上手抓.按说这个有用, 不占地方, 放大人床上就行, 还在考虑要不要现在就买中.
5. Play mats: 就是那种泡沫塑料之类的材料作成的一方块儿一方块儿拼起来的地毯. 方块儿可能还有个字母呀动物呀什么的可以扣出来再安上去. 小宝在上面摸爬滚打不怕摔, 也益智. 这个, 会爬之后再说吧.
6. Rattles and teethers: Rattles应该就跟咱们波浪鼓啊, 小铃铛啊之类的差不多, 宝宝自己弄响声的玩具.Teethers, 顾名思义, 用来上嘴啃的. 也再缓缓吧. 我怎么概念里觉得新生小宝就是个吃了睡,睡了吃的小傻子, 这么多花样儿, 怕是娱乐大人自己为多, 他玩得过来么?
7. Books and videos: 这边儿的医生讲究从刚出生就给宝宝念书听. 听得懂听不懂不管, 这样有助于父母跟宝宝的bonding和锻炼宝宝的注意力据说. 那, 俺们是给他从小念英文书呐, 还是从国内搞点中文故事图画书识字卡片什么的? 一开始, 应该弄咱自己的好吧! Video的事儿, 我不想让宝宝太小就看. 尽管这边什么Baby Einstein的系列DVD炒得乌央乌央的, 我觉得等宝宝大点再考虑. 8
. Bouncer and Swing: Bouncer 是个架起来的,软布垫儿作的小娃座椅, 用电池, 可以不同频率和强度地振动. Swing更大一些, 就是婴儿可以坐的室内秋千. 这两样据说是在小娃闹的时候安慰他的绝好工具. 省了大人抱着晃悠了. 要说科技发达了就是好啊!

You're pregnant! You probably feel like shouting it to the world, and nobody can blame you. But when it comes to telling your boss, experts advise that you strategize a bit before sharing the good news. A little preparation and forethought, they say, can guarantee that both your announcement and your maternity leave go smoothly.
"The thing that working pregnant women worry most about, after the health of their baby, is how to tell their boss they're pregnant," says Nancy Hall, author of Balancing Pregnancy and Work: How to Make the Most of the Next 9 Months on the Job. "In most cases, it goes just fine, but there are some key things to prepare for."
Indeed, most bosses will be happy to hear your news and will work with you to design a maternity leave plan that works for you. Some bosses, however, may be less than pleased that you'll be taking so much time off. Some may not be familiar with your legal right to family leave, and, in the worst case scenario, a few bosses may even attempt to fire you or deny you an upcoming promotion. Pregnancy discrimination complaints filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, in fact, rose 37 percent between 1992 and 2003.
Step One: Do your homework
Of course, the chances of something like that happening to you are small. Still, knowing exactly what you're entitled to in the way of family leave, paid or unpaid, will give you confidence. The first step is to do your homework and find out what is offered under state and federal guidelines.
Your state may require additional leave or benefits beyond the federal law. California, for example, allows up to six weeks of paid leave to care for an ill family member, including a sick newborn. California also allows women to take up to 10 weeks of paid disability leave, usually up to four weeks before delivery and up to six weeks afterwards. Your doctor can authorize more paid leave if you deliver by cesarean section.
Under the federal Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), companies that employ 50 people or more are required to offer 12 weeks unpaid leave to employees who have been with the company for at least one year.
Don't panic if this doesn't apply to you. Many smaller companies voluntarily comply with the FMLA, and others may overlook the one-year requirement. Your employer may or may not offer more perks. You'll need to research that as well. If you work at a large company, take a look at the employee handbook that spells out the maternity leave policy in detail.
The bottom line is, you want to know what your rights are before you break the news to your boss. That way, if any disagreements arise, you'll know exactly where you stand under company policy and the law. Most bosses will be familiar with the regulations, but a few may need to be gently reminded of your rights. "A lot of bosses will say, 'That's great; so you're going to need a month off?'" says Hall, "and a woman has to be prepared to say, 'No, actually, I'm going to take the full 12 weeks I'm entitled to.' "
Step Two: Write up a plan
Once you know what your rights are, you'll want to decide exactly how much time you want to take off. Unfortunately, many women who are eligible for 12 weeks of unpaid leave don't get to take them all because they can't afford to. If this applies to you, sit down and crunch the numbers. How much money can you save up between now and your due date? How much vacation time do you have coming? How many unused sick days? If you can afford to take more time off and if your employer is willing, do you want to take more than 12 weeks off?
Next, write up a plan spelling out how and when you'd like to take your time off. Do you want to work as far up until your due date as possible and then take a full 12 weeks? Do you want to take eight weeks off and then go back part-time for two months before returning to full-time work? Is there a possibility of working from home?
"It's best to go into the meeting with your boss with a clear plan of how you want to take your leave," says Hall. "But the meeting will go more smoothly if you go in with a cooperative tone and make your boss feel involved in the process." For example, you might say, "I plan to take six weeks off full-time and then come back three days a week until all of my days are used up, but I'm flexible about that and we can talk about what you think would work best as the date approaches."
"One of the most important things you want to do in the meeting with your boss is allay any fears and concerns she has about how your duties will get done while you're on leave," Hall says. You're pregnant! You probably feel like shouting it to the world, and nobody can blame you. But when it comes to telling your boss, experts advise that you strategize a bit before sharing the good news. A little preparation and forethought, they say, can guarantee that both your announcement and your maternity leave go smoothly.
"The thing that working pregnant women worry most about, after the health of their baby, is how to tell their boss they're pregnant," says Nancy Hall, author of Balancing Pregnancy and Work: How to Make the Most of the Next 9 Months on the Job. "In most cases, it goes just fine, but there are some key things to prepare for."
Indeed, most bosses will be happy to hear your news and will work with you to design a maternity leave plan that works for you. Some bosses, however, may be less than pleased that you'll be taking so much time off. Some may not be familiar with your legal right to family leave, and, in the worst case scenario, a few bosses may even attempt to fire you or deny you an upcoming promotion. Pregnancy discrimination complaints filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, in fact, rose 37 percent between 1992 and 2003.
Step One: Do your homework
Of course, the chances of something like that happening to you are small. Still, knowing exactly what you're entitled to in the way of family leave, paid or unpaid, will give you confidence. The first step is to do your homework and find out what is offered under state and federal guidelines.
Your state may require additional leave or benefits beyond the federal law. California, for example, allows up to six weeks of paid leave to care for an ill family member, including a sick newborn. California also allows women to take up to 10 weeks of paid disability leave, usually up to four weeks before delivery and up to six weeks afterwards. Your doctor can authorize more paid leave if you deliver by cesarean section.
Under the federal Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), companies that employ 50 people or more are required to offer 12 weeks unpaid leave to employees who have been with the company for at least one year.
Don't panic if this doesn't apply to you. Many smaller companies voluntarily comply with the FMLA, and others may overlook the one-year requirement. Your employer may or may not offer more perks. You'll need to research that as well. If you work at a large company, take a look at the employee handbook that spells out the maternity leave policy in detail.
The bottom line is, you want to know what your rights are before you break the news to your boss. That way, if any disagreements arise, you'll know exactly where you stand under company policy and the law. Most bosses will be familiar with the regulations, but a few may need to be gently reminded of your rights. "A lot of bosses will say, 'That's great; so you're going to need a month off?'" says Hall, "and a woman has to be prepared to say, 'No, actually, I'm going to take the full 12 weeks I'm entitled to.' "
Step Two: Write up a plan
Once you know what your rights are, you'll want to decide exactly how much time you want to take off. Unfortunately, many women who are eligible for 12 weeks of unpaid leave don't get to take them all because they can't afford to. If this applies to you, sit down and crunch the numbers. How much money can you save up between now and your due date? How much vacation time do you have coming? How many unused sick days? If you can afford to take more time off and if your employer is willing, do you want to take more than 12 weeks off?
Next, write up a plan spelling out how and when you'd like to take your time off. Do you want to work as far up until your due date as possible and then take a full 12 weeks? Do you want to take eight weeks off and then go back part-time for two months before returning to full-time work? Is there a possibility of working from home?
"It's best to go into the meeting with your boss with a clear plan of how you want to take your leave," says Hall. "But the meeting will go more smoothly if you go in with a cooperative tone and make your boss feel involved in the process." For example, you might say, "I plan to take six weeks off full-time and then come back three days a week until all of my days are used up, but I'm flexible about that and we can talk about what you think would work best as the date approaches."

1.每天早上都要抱着这个信念起床:一切都会很好!走出家门时不要像被霜打了的茄子一样,或者像要被押赴刑场似的,要充满自信地准备好应付即将发生的事,相信自己能游刃有余地处理好任何事。
2.养成习惯先处理最不愉快的工作。摆平它后,称赞一下自己。这样一天都会过得很轻松。
3.让自己精力集中。聚精会神地应付手头上的事很有益处。
4.在任何情况下都应表现得很有礼貌,举止得体。
5.不要总是一个劲儿地责怪自己。如果你确实做错了,那就承认错误,努力挽回错误带来的损失。不说什么“我今后再也不了”和其它抱怨的话。一味地自我鞭挞和贬低,这是忧郁症和精神病的温床。
6.认真地对待自己周围的人。了解他们在什么情况下会有什么样的反应,从而知道自己什么话不该说,什么事不该做。
7.努力用乐观的态度对待任何事,哪怕是最棘手的事。虽然这件事办起来不会变得更容易,但是你一旦对他的态度改变了,就一定会找到好的解决办法。
8.不要遇到什么事都前怕狼后怕虎的,应该行动起来。行动能快速地解决一切,犹豫不决,思来想去没有任何帮助。
9.别去抱怨别人,包容的心态和鲜明的个性更能赢得尊重。
